1. DESIGN + EDUCATION LAB

2023 - 2025

Our education initiatives are dedicated to inspiring the next generation of creative thinkers, innovators, and designers. Through strategic partnerships with renowned institutions such as Cranbrook Academy of Art and the Dyson School of Design, amongst others soon to be announced, we aim to foster a holistic understanding of our planet and the universe beyond.

By collaborating with these institutions, we aim to cultivate a deep sense of interconnectedness and stewardship. Through immersive workshops, interdisciplinary projects, or exploratory design programs, students are encouraged to reflect on humanity’s place in the cosmos—promoting empathy, unity, and innovative thinking that transcends traditional boundaries.

2. ARTBOOK

2025

The Artbook
Inploration the artbook is a 350 page hardcover compendium of artwork, interviews and essays with the function of capturing as many different views of the same sky as possible. The book is sustainably printed on recycled paper, featuring 55 interviews and the work of 197 artists examined through these eight chapters.

The artbook includes Mobile-based augmented reality featuring animations, videos, 3D renders, 2D graphics, and sound clips. It intertwines the analog and the digital by using printed books and extended reality (XR) to generate an immersive reading experience.

Etched into archival nickel-based Nanofiche, the contents of Inploration will be memorialized as part of Arch Mission Foundation’s future payload to space.

Each page of the Inploration artbook (including text and images) will be engraved into the Nanofiche, which is a space-grade, lightweight, highly durable material built to last 50 million years or longer on the Moon. By including Inploration in the Lunar Library, it serves as an aspirational message to Earthlings of today and serves as a message to others long after we are gone.
